Design by the sea may seem to some as an easy task; throw in some shells and slipcovers and voila!  However, this couldn't be further from the truth! Because of the tourist hotspot surrounding 30a, there are all shapes and sizes of homes.  Many of these homes have owners looking for a way to maximize their space for vacation rental or simply to have company, but either way, they present a great chance to get creative and still deliver high design!
